A little about me.
I’m a strategy and innovation professional working at the intersection of business, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
I’m a Senior Manager in Global Methodology, Programs & Strategy at CIBC in Toronto. My work sits between research and execution: I follow developments in AI, banking, payments and global regulation, translate them into executive-ready positions and workshops, and lead the workstreams and AI-enabled initiatives that put them into practice. Most recently, that has meant spearheading an AI-enabled enterprise intelligence product designed to cut the time specialists spend searching for information.
Before CIBC, I spent three years in product management at Laurentian Bank, where I co-led the automation of treasury and cost-of-funds reporting, and four years in digital banking at Stanbic Investment Management Services in Accra, leading the market intelligence and segmentation work behind its digital financial services strategy. Working in both Ghana and Canada shaped how I think about technology: the same tool can transform one market and barely register in another, depending on infrastructure, institutions and how people actually manage their lives.
Outside my day job, I write about the economics of AI and build ventures that test these ideas in practice: Residynce, an AI concierge platform, and Noumnon, a decision-intelligence platform in development. I’m most interested in translating complex ideas and emerging technologies into actionable insights, commercial opportunities and meaningful impact.
